Agenda Request
To: Board of Commissioners
Mark McCauley, County Administrator
From: Monte Reinders, Public Works Director
Agenda Date: April 8, 2024
Subject: Adjustment of Official County Road Log
Critter Lane, County Road #625709
Statement of Issue:
Remove Critter Lane, milepost 0.00 to milepost 0.16, from the Official County Road Log.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's & Con's:
Critter Lane functions more as a driveway than a county road. It should be maintained with
funds other than from the County Road Fund. The Central Services Director and the Public
Works Director/County Engineer have discussed this and agree that this is a preferred
arrangement.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis:
Funds other than the County Road Fund will be responsible for maintenance of this road from
this point forward.
Recommendation:
Please sign the attached Resolution removing Critter Lane from the County's Road Log.
