What a beautiful Spring day on the Olympic Peninsula .
We are looking forward to having an update for The Puget Sound to Pacific Collaborative with Steve Durrant , FASLA .

We want to keep this positive energy flowing with communication regarding updates on this process of negotiating , " Where will the Great American Rail Trail go from the Hoods Canal
Bridge to Discovery Bay " ? We have many other questions regarding the trail in Kitsap County and Clallam County but we here locally , as strategic stakeholders , will want to learn
more about the PS2P as it travels through our area and have input into this process .
We want to keep the inertia moving for our Jefferson County residents , key individuals , strategic stakeholders and others . We encourage everyone to work with us as we gain a better
appreciation for the " lay of our land " and where the Great American Rail Trail ( Puget Sound to Pacific ) will meander through our county connecting to the Olympic Discovery Trail
.
We will look forward to working with all of you for the benefit of our communities and our residents .
Our Larry Scott Trail / Olympic Discovery Trail and the new connection to the Great American Rail Trail is a true gift to we here in Jefferson County . We need to care for it , nurture
it's development and protect it as a multi-generational trail for all to use .
We want to be working closely with our Jefferson County Public Works as they make their way with the Puget Sound to Pacific Collaborative ( PS2P ) and connecting our Trail Towns with
the Great American Rail Trail and the Olympic Discovery Trail .
