AG Meeting:
We will send a doodle poll to schedule a meeting on April 23 or 24. At this meeting we will present the plan. We are prepared to provide this version of the plan to the public. Please
note that only minor adjustments to the plan will be feasible at this stage.
About the Plan:
We discussed modifying the WUI and the Risk Assessment, but ultimately decided not to make changes. Some high-level changes are being considered throughout the state due to the passage
of Senate Bill 6120 (related to changes to the DNR’s WUI).
To address our concerns about hazard and risk, we provided more robust information about risk and hazard assessments for each community in Jefferson County based on the field assessments.
Appendix C has been completely overhauled and includes maps, key observations, and a list of pros and cons.
