My name is Ken Gladstone. I live in Port Townsend. I am, and have been a frequent rider on Jefferson Transit Authority for the last 10 years. I am writing to you concerning a bus
driver by the first name of Gordon.
I have spoken with and communicated this issue with Gary, Customer Service on many many occasions over the years, and with the General Mgr as well. This has been ongoing for the last
10 years with this driver and nothing changes. I do not know what else to do. I do not know why you even have a training program for new drivers if they are beyond your control.
I ride the bus very frequently almost everyday to do food shopping. I get along with all of the drivers and have a good and friendly relationship with them all. All I want to do is
ride the bus without this driver playing games with him or screaming at me, and in one instance a couple of years ago almost assaulting me. I do not know what is wrong with him, but
this has got to end. It is apparent that there is no one who at Jefferson Transit that can stop him from his behavior.
