The Clallam County EDC is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to hire a consultant to complete a study that evaluates the market potential, financial requirements, and supply chain
needs for accessory dwelling units.
The three study components are Market Analysis Deliverables, Regulatory & Financial Deliverables, and Supply Chain Study Deliverables. Bidders can respond to all three components or
just one or two components. The proposals must be sent to CMcAleer@Clallam.org <mailto:cmcaleer@clallam.org> no later than 5pm on April 17th, 2024. The study is funded through a grant
awarded from the Washington State Department of Commerce and Clallam County. The total amount the Clallam EDC has for all three components for the scope of work cannot exceed $115,000.
The study is to be completed no later than June 28, 2024.
