Hello Jefferson County Commissioners,
The Duckabush Estuary Restoration project design has recently passed the mid-point of design phase and I wanted to make sure you all were aware of an upcoming opportunity for the public
to engage with the project design team. On Saturday May 4th from 10am to noon, at the Brinnon Community Center, the public is welcome to drop by any time during the open house to meet
the project design team and visit information stations. We hope one or all of you will also be able to join in this event, too!
A press release will be released the week of April 22nd and a project newsletter with the open house details was mailed to all residents in the project vicinity. Fliers will be placed
throughout the community as well as social media postings leading up to the event. Our website also contains event and project information. https://wdfw.wa.gov/duckabush
