Special Meeting — Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 2:30 p.m.

Hybrid meeting: Virtual and In-Person
CALL TO ORDER: Jefferson County Commissioner Greg Brotherton called the Joint Jefferson
County/City of Port Townsend Housing Fund Board(HFB)to order. The following HFB members
participated in the meeting: Jefferson County Commissioner Kate Dean, Councilmember Aislinn
Palmer, Members Julia Cochrane and Viki Sonntag.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Chair Brotherton opened the floor to hear comments from the public.
SETTING THE TABLE: OlyCAP Director of Housing Kathy Morgan and OlyCAP staff provided an
overview of plans and options for the American Legion Shelter, an update on the Caswell Brown
Village and review of policies and procedures regarding eviction policies and pathways to
reinstatements, and an update on Phase 3 of the Caswell Brown Village.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Chair Brotherton opened the floor to hear comments from the public.
OlyCAP staff and Housing Fund Board members answered questions posed by the public.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: After closing remarks provided by the Board, Chair Brotherton
adjourned the meeting at 4:19 p.m. until the next regular meeting or special meeting as properly noticed.
