Call to Order 2. Welcome - Greg Brotherton (15 min) 3. Introductions (15 min) a. Icebreaker – What is your favorite pool and why? Does that pool provide any lessons or study areas for this task force? b. Appointments: o Task Force Committee Chair o Minute-taker 4. Discussion re: OPMA: process questions, public comment, governance, roles and responsibilities, and outcomes 5. Discussion re: Goals of Task Force (10 min) • To research the feasibility of building a Jefferson County aquatic facility in the Port Hadlock Urban Growth Area (UGA). • To research alternative design and/or construction techniques for the construction of an aquatic facility in Jefferson County. • To discuss the viability adding other Jefferson County projects to the potential Public Facilities District (PFD), and the viability of the PFD itself. • To evaluate rehab/rebuild/expand options for Mountain View Pool. • Report findings and recommendations to the Steering Committee, City of Port Townsend and Board of County Commissioners. 6.
