that I have posted three public notice posters on or near the
site identified in the following proposed development description :
PROPOSAL : The proposal is to construct a 115 foot long
bulkhead on the eastern shore of Discovery Bay, approximately
1 . 5 miles north of Adelma Beach. The bulkhead is requested
for erosion protection of a residential site. The four foot
high bulkhead would be built at the base of a twenty foot high
bluff . Fill would be placed behind the bulkhead .
LEGAL DESCRIPTION : Lot 1 and the north half of Lot 2 of Block
11 of Tukey's Addition within Section 31 , Township 30 North,
Range 1 West , WM.
These three notices were posted in full compliance with the
Washington State Shoreline Management Act (WAC 173-14-070) on
