Dear Commissioners,
We are the 5th grade students of Ms. Jones' class from Lincoln Elementary in Hoquiam
Washington. We are writing to you today because we believe that Jefferson County should have
laws to protect bigfoot.
One reason Jefferson County should have laws protecting bigfoot is because bigfoot could be
hurt or even become extinct and this could hurt our ecosystem without your protection. Also
affecting the population of other animals and their food chains as well as the circle of life.
Another reason we should protect bigfoot is so that the research of scientists who study bigfoot
can continue informing others, without laws in place bigfoot could go extinct harming the jobs of
those scientists. Bigfoot is not a danger to the people, we should not danger him.
In conclusion there are four counties that already have laws protecting bigfoot. Whatcom
County, Skamania County, Grays Harbor County, Clallam County all have laws protecting
bigfoot. Clallam County passed a resolution last year, will you please join us in protecting
bigfoot this year. You too can help save lives.
Sincerely,
Students of Ma. Jonea'dam of 1in.coin Elementary
