Goals
·To research the feasibility of building a Jefferson County aquatic
facility in the Port Hadlock Urban Growth Area (UGA).
·To research alternative design and/or construction techniques
for the construction of an aquatic facility in Jefferson County.
·To discuss the viability adding other Jefferson County projects to
the potential Public Facilities District (PFD), and the viability of the
PFD itself.
·To evaluate rehab/rebuild/expand options for Mountain View
Pool.
·Report findings and recommendations to the Steering
Committee, City of Port Townsend and Board of County
