I wanted to keep you up to date with the Trail Nine Golf Course. I’ll be meeting with Diana Smeland this coming Friday to look at fuels reductions options and to tell her about the DNR
cost share program. Thanks so much for sending her contact info my way. I’ll let you know how things go after our meeting.

I have reviewed the two documents you sent. We might be able to offer some assistance. We offer financial aid to landowners to carry out fuels reduction projects on forested land. Our
program requires us to work directly with the landowner of said property. In this case, we would need to reach out to Port Ludlow Associates LLC (PLA) to see if they would be willing
to take part in our program. Do you have a good contact for the PLA so we can communicate with them directly about our program?
