Payment will be made as outlined in HOPE's policy document. Terms also apply to contractors unless otherwise agreed upon. All roofsinstalled by HOPE Roofing include HOPE's craftsmanship warranty in addition to the applicable material warranty as outlined by thespecific manufacturer. See attached warranty statement. Warranty is not applicable for repairs. We propose hereby to furnish material& labor: complete in accordance with the above specifications. Please note that this estimate is based on a visual observation of thetop side of the roof surface. HOPE to supply restroom facility. This proposal may be withdrawn by HOPE Systems, LLC. if not acceptedwithin 30 days. Signing the attached document confirms the above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and arehereby accepted. HOPE is authorized to do the work as specified. Any customer change order requests at or following the start of jobwill incur a $100 change order fee, as well as applicable HOPE time and material fees.

Commercial Pool Building
1. Clean all roof surfaces with Polyglass cleaning concentrate.
2. Reinforce all penetrations with Polybrite 90 and polyester mesh.
3. Prime all roof surfaces with Polybrite 97X Primer.
4. Apply Polybrite 90 high solids silicone roof coating to all roof surfaces. 5. Remove exterior job related debris.
