As a concerned citizen living on the Olympic Peninsula, I am concerned
that there is not adequate permitting or oversight on geoduck
operations. I join others who are calling for a fair process for
evaluating future geoduck proposals. A Federal Judge has found that the
evidence being presented by the Corps of Engineers is deeply flawed and
that key finding have been left out. Our planet and our environment
needs intelligent, swift action if we are to stem the tide of
environmental and planetary destruction. Thank you, Emily Beals
