Dear Commissioner-
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the Rhody Festival.
It is my understanding that Jefferson Co DCD is having a workshop with you today at Noon.
It is not clear if this meeting is open to the public, I assume it is not and open meeting but do have hope that once the department heads have come up with some solutions, and or new
process to try or old process to bring back, that DCD or the Commissioner will keep us up to date on the findings and or resolutions of this Workshop.
It was suggested that if we have ideas or solutions for this Department that we provide them to you. Please find attached some of my suggestions, I do hope this information is received
as helpful and thank you for your time and dedication to our County.
