o Measurement system overview with a focus on key performance measures
o Planning at the system and agency level using performance measures Managing Director of the Data and Performance Unit of the Washington Department of Commerce's
Housing Division Emily Burgess will provide an overview of and answer questions on the Homeless
System Performance Measures and how these measures can be used in service provider and city and
county planning. These measures are used to project numbers of housing beds and units in
Commerce's HB 1220 HAPT tool as well as for the 5-Year Homeless and Affordable Housing Plan and
to allocate Consolidated Grant Funds.
