We are looking forward to our visit in June and the opportunity to present to the Jefferson County Healthier Together Task Force. We appreciate Myrtha arranging for another representative
to join virtually.

Subject: Invitation to address the Jefferson County pool task force
Dear Maclean and Shirley,
The Jefferson County, Washington Healthier Together Task Force would welcome hearing about your firm's products, technology and services relevant to our community's interest in a new
pool/aquatic center. The task force facilitator, Greg Brotherton (also our county commissioner) advises that June 17 would be the meeting for your presentations. We start at 6 p.m.
Eastern time and run to about 8 p.m.
Maclean has said he can be here in person. Excellent! Shirley is first owed congratulations on her daughter participating in Olympic swim trials. But since that event conflicts, Myrtha
will line up another person to address us virtually. Shirley is mailing to my home materials to be shared with the Task Force
We meet at the Jefferson County Courthouse. Wendy Housekeeper will send Shirley the link needed for the Myrtha rep to participate. We look forward to your presentations. If I can answer
any questions or provide you with anything to prepare your presentations, please let me know.
