Hi Mark,
I wanted to touch base and ask that we have a quick conversation about how we can go ahead and work together to get the Boise, Idaho field trip planned.
Situation: It looks like there will be 6 HTTF members who will be going on the weekend of July 12-14. Plus, Greg, myself, possibly Carrie Hite, and yourself?
Two of the 6 TF members will be driving over on their own but for the rest of the group we will want to get everyone on the same flights if possible. Delta and Alaska both fly the route
so we could possibly find flights on those two airlines which are close together schedule-wise. We also will need to book motel rooms and arrange for rental vans or cars to move people
around the area. I will firm up with folks at this Thursday evening’s meeting their desire to make it a Friday-Saturday vs a Saturday-Sunday trip but I am thinking it will be the latter.
Let me know if there is a good time to talk about how to get moving on this ahead of the Thursday evening meeting?
