a. Presentation: Review of comments received and edits made to 5/14/2024 Review Draft of
Countywide Planning Policies (CPPs) for Jefferson County.
Consultant: Karla Boughton, Cross Sound Consulting
b. Discussion and Potential Action re: Committee responses to second draft, ideas for other
modifications or additions, potential action to adopt as final draft.
i. Public Comment Period re: CPP amendments / any motions made
c. Presentation: Preliminary population projection, allocation, and application of Commerce’s updated
Housing for All Planning Tool (HAPT). Planning Staff.
