My understanding is that there is interest in an update on where we’re at with the planning process for (potentially) updating our development regulations for short-term rentals.

Among other information, you’ll find the summary presentation and report that Brent provided to the Planning Commission on May 1. There was continued conversation on this topic at the
Planning Commission meeting on May 15. The Planning Commission is expected to resume dialog at the July 3 meeting, leading towards a proposal that would be the subject of a formal comment
period and public hearing before the Planning Commission later this summer.
