Attached is Pennsylvania’s plan to make permitting speedier.
It set reasonable timelines for issuing permits. Then it required refunds of fees if permits were not issued timely.
Mirabile dictu! Afterwards, applicants received their permits in a timely manner.
Would that such an order were applied to agencies in Jefferson County.
