Father’s Day Vigil 2024 Sunday June 16TH - Noon to 4 - LB Good Memorial Park, Indian Island (Across the road from Naval Magazine Indian Island main gate, 10 miles from P.T. 12 - Potluck Lunch - bring something to sit on, food to share! 1:30 – Deep listening and speaking from the heart – poems & songs are welcome! 3 - Procession to the base entrance for a Quaker style sharing circle. Humanity’s survival depends on finding alternatives to war and militarism. Resources that are currently poured into death and destruction, including Israel’s genocide in Gaza, must be redirected toward saving our planet from catastrophic climate change and providing healthcare, housing, jobs, and education for all. We seek an end to the wars: Israel/U.S. vs Palestine andNato/U.S./Ukraine vs Russia. The Weapons Transfer Depot shipped many of the weapons used in the last 20 years.
