At Washington’s Department of Natural Resources (DNR), we recognize that our land management decisions are of interest to the residents, organizations and government agencies of the
state. We are notifying you of a potential disposition of state land in Jefferson County. The property may be conveyed through a land exchange. The attached brief provides details about
the property.
We are currently beginning the disposition process. I invite you to contact the project manager, Martin McElliott, at 360-790-5085 cell-number or martin.mcelliott@dnr.wa.gov within the
next 60 days if you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the proposed transaction.
The final decision to exchange the property must be made by the Board of Natural Resources.
