To the DNR,
I am writing in support of DNR's proposed expansion of the Dabob Bay Natural Area. Protection of these forests supports water quality (including our local water supplies), shellfish,
wildlife habitat, rare forest types, and the overall integrity and beauty of our local world.
I also request that DNR include the "West Dabob" area that was in the original request from Jefferson County. It is vitally important to protect the murrelet habitat in this area, as
well as forest connectivity to the existing Natural Area.
