Morning Greg,
Thank you for hosting the meeting last night – what an incredible courthouse!
We wanted to follow up regarding the two proposals discussed in our presentation:
1. The Sprung (supply) price, which details the delivery, our Technical Consultants time, and building materials and components.
2. The JT2 Proposal, a ROM turnkey price based on the Opsis report and the limited information we had.
a. An allowance was included for the following:
i. Concrete grade beam
ii. Concrete foundation
iii. Electrical
iv. HVAC
v. Plumbing
vi. Interior Buildout
vii. Utilities within 5’ of structure
viii. Glazing
b. Note that the Mrytha pool is excluded from this price.
c. Please review the conditions and exclusions within the proposal.
As mentioned in our presentation, when a more comprehensive design has been established, more precise numbers can be quoted.
