The Department of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing on July 9th, 2024, at Queets Clearwater School, 146000 Hwy 101, Forks, WA 98331 to provide information and receive testimony
on a proposed land exchange with The Nature Conservancy. A project summary is attached. You may also go to https://www.dnr.wa.gov/managed-lands/land-transactions/proposed-clearwater-land-exchange
to find more information on this proposal.
The hearing will begin at 5:30 P.M. with a short informational presentation and an opportunity to ask questions before the formal testimony begins. A summary of testimony will be included
in the presentation of the exchange to the Board of Natural Resources.
Written testimony will be accepted through September 9th, 2024. Letters should be addressed to the Department of Natural Resources, ATTN: Clearwater Exchange, 1111 Washington St SE,
