West Valley Road at MP 2.6, } RESOLUTION NO. 4_0 h 2 4_2 4 R
County Road No. 514109 }
WHEREAS,a planned replacement of the Naylors Creek culvert at MP 2.6 on West Valley Road,
County Road No. 514109, shall cause interruption and unavoidable delays to traffic,and
WHEREAS,potential hazard exists to the motoring public and the construction workers,and
WHEREAS,alternate routes are available to the motoring public,and
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 R.C.W. authorized closure of roads,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said West Valley Road at MP 2.6 may be closed to all traffic,for a
maximum six consecutive weeks commencing no earlier than 9 AM July 15,2024 and ending no
later than 5 PM September 13,2024. If the work has advanced to a condition West Valley Road can
be reopened to traffic prior to the end of the six weeks allowed,the road shall be reopened. If
construction is not completed in the six week period,the remaining work shall be completed using
construction traffic control measures that do not close the road to traffic and result in a maximum 15
minute delay to motorists.
