Hello,
Let’s stop trying to reinvent the wheel. We’ve had years of feedback about what this facility should include. The Whidbey folks seemed to think they needed a central location to appease
everyone but then faced years’ long delays due to Septic permits. The Chimacum Park option faces similar septic complications and delays. Our population center is Port Townsend.
We have free land here. A Sprung or similar structure is a great option. With creative landscaping it wouldn’t have to look so stark and tent-like. Please consider following Whidbey’s
example to move forward. Thanks for all you’re doing.
