Good morning Tom,
I reached out to IT to try and re-configure the Excel spreadsheet that pulls from the portal. They informed me that they were not able to modify the information exported through the
portal. However, a custom report can be built that will include parcel numbers. However, that will take some time to develop; I will let you know when the custom report has been completed
and integrated into the portal.
In the meantime, I have greater repot-pulling capabilities through the backend of EPL (Enterprise Permitting and Licensing – formerly EnerGov), and I was able to pull a report of hospitality
permits that includes the parcel numbers. I have attached a copy of that report to this email in the form of an Excel file.

Josh,
I was very pleased to hear that your department has now opened access for the public to the Energov data.
I ran a search for ‘hospitality’, which produced the expected results (see screen snip). I then used the Export option to download the data in spreadsheet format.
That’s where I ran into a small anomaly.
The issue is that, while the search results show the parcel number for each ‘hit’, the exported spreadsheet does not (see second screen cap, below); i.e., you can see that the column
headings do not include parcel number.
I believe this can be remedied by a change to the settings for the Export option (choosing which fields are included in the export file).
Please pass along this request to those responsible for Energov to make the adjustment needed for this improvement.
