This will be a hybrid meeting with telephone or on-line options. The public is invited to attend in-person,
with a limit of up to 50 percent of the venue' s capacity, pursuant to Resolution 24-22.

a. Synopsis – Final hearing on draft ordinance
b. Assignment – Receive public testimony. Deliberate and make recommendations to BoCC.
c. Options & Decisions – Approve the attached recommendation letter, as amended by
today’s action.
9. Short Term Rentals—Seven Core Areas – Brent Butler

c. Synopsis – We have heard preliminary thoughts from the PC. This could be the last time
