On July 11, 2024, Gary Rygmyr, Port Ludlow Drainage District Commissioner 1, submitted his letter of
resignation from the Port Ludlow Drainage District effective at the close of the regular August meeting,
08/08/24.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the Port Ludlow Drainage District Commissioner 1 resignation from Gary Rygmyr and sign the

Dear Greg,
This is to inform you that I will be resigning my position as Port Ludlow Drainage District
Commissioner 1 to be effective at the close of the regular August meeting, 8/8/24. I will be
announcing this today at the regular PLDD July meeting. Until 8/8/24, I will be happy to help
with any transition plans.
This was a difficult decision as the position has been most rewarding. However, I have other
priorities that preclude my continuing in this position.
I want to thank you for this opportunity.
