Att.; Greg Brotherton, Heidi Isenhour, Kate Dean, and all;
RCW Code, 36.70A.030, Section 15, does not require shelter residents to enter into an occupancy agreement as a condition for being housed. The ROI is an illegal condition of occupancy
for a emergency shelter. Also Illegal is withholding a copy of such agreement from signer as it would allow the shelter to set any length of time it pleased on the ROI, preventing
residents from legally ending ROI, as they would be entitled to at any time. Further to demand a current resident to sign by threatening to kick them out of the shelter immediately,
is coercion under duress is punishable felony with prison time and or fines.
Maggie is asking you very nicely to please remove this form from my condition of occupancy as I am told I can come back to the shelter because I have never been trespassed.
Legal advice is waiting for a reply before turning it into a case #.
