4. Approval of Minutes: June 11, 2024
5. Jefferson County Department of Community Development (DCD) and Port Townsend Department of
Planning and Community Development (PCD):
a. Discussion and Potential Action re: Committee responses to 7/11/24 final review draft of
Countywide Planning Policies (CPPs); consider any comments; make recommendation (to Board of
County Commissioners) for adoption by resolution
i. Public Comment Period re: CPP amendments / any motions made
b. Presentation, Discussion, and Potential Action: Application of Housing for All Planning Tool (HAPT)
using GMSC-recommended population projection and 70/30 Urban/Rural allocation; potential
recommendation on policies to guide ongoing HAPT planning scenarios for population/housing
distribution throughout county
i. Public Comment Period on policies to guide planning for population/housing distribution
