conspicnoualy marked throughout, noting the courses and
distances, and at the end of each male shall cease the
number of the same, and also the commencement an~~
termination of bhe mad or aurveg to be marked on a tr
or monument erected Por that purpose, and shall make
and deiiver to one of the viewers, withoat delay, a correct ~'
certified return of the survey of the road, and a plat ; t
the same; and the viewers shall make and sign a repo
in writing, stating thole oplnibn in lavor of or against
tho estabiishment or alteration of the .road, or any part
thereof, and set forth the reasons of the same; which
report, tugethbr with the plat and survey of the mad,. ox
alteration, shall bo delivered to tho blerk of the board by
one of the viewers nn or before the first day of the session
