life would say that we have had occasion, recent-
ly, to loop into tl~e road laws of this State ar:d find them in a
very unsatisfactory condition.
This road mentioned above, according to the
notice tive have, does not start at any particular point and does
not run over any particular course. The petition does not s+~ate
the location of the proposed road within a mile.
t'le would notify you hereby, as we? 1 as the
vie~,vers and others interested in this road, that we are not ~villir~g
for this road to cross our lands, and would r_ot give our consent to
the granting of the right of way of this road unless we know its
exact -location.

the establishment ox alteration of the road, or nny part
