STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On July 18, 2024, Cadence Sagan(Grey Cadence Schad), Consumer of Public Health and member of the
Jefferson County Board of Health, submitted her letter of resignation from the Jefferson County Board of
Health and Behavioral Health Advisory Committee, effective immediately.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the Jefferson County Board of Health and Behavioral Health Advisory Committee resignation from,
Cadence Sagan(Grey Cadence Schad), and sign the Thank you Letter for her service.
