To the Board, of County Commissioners,
Jefferson County, wash.
Gentlemen:--
Having investigated the matter of the Petition of
L. A. Dickinson, et. al., for a County Road in the vicinity
of Brannon, I would report as follows;
The route of .the road as shown me by the pricipal
petitions r is in my opinion impractical, and would necessitate
the expenditure of large amount of money, fora road with
almost impracticable grades on a steep side hill.
The proper move Por the petitioners of this road
would be to seek a location for the county road following
the river b.attom as near as practical from the westerly poi~t{~Aa
mentioned in the petition to Bt~nnon a distance oP approximately
two and `one half miles.
I would reccomend that h~~}su~~tr~y.be_made of this road
for the above reasons.
