In answer we beg to state that we think as you. do-- that the road in question would be a good thing;-- and have no objections to offer to seeing it put through, In the matter of the Right of way, we are now willing, as we have always been, to give the County the Right of way through ou.r land, and should they decide to build the road, we can assure you that they would meet with no obstacles so far as we are con- cerned, necessary, in as much as you say that you, yourself, have presented them with a petition for construction of the road. SEC. 15. The V(ewexs shall, at the time they make their ort of the view, also make a separate report in mg, stating the amount of damages, if anp, and to ~m by them assessed, which would accrue by opening `the road, and they shall also file the written applioa- tions on whiehsuch assessments have been made with the clerk of the board, and the comm[selonexs shall cause such report to be publicly read on the day of the cession at which it was received, and if no petition for review or alteration has becu presented andreceived, and they shall be satisfied that the amotntt so assessed and determined is jast and equitable, and that the marl will be of sufficient fmportance tothepublic to cause the damages which have been assessed to be paid by the county, they shall order the same to be paid to the applicants from the county treasury; but if, in their opinion, the road is not of sntfi• cient importance to the public to cause the same to be paid by the county, they may xefnse to establish the same a publfe highway, anless the damages which have been assessed are paid bythe petitioners; but it application, by petition, shall have been made for review or alteration, then no further proceedings shall Woodman's Landing to Port Discovery Bay County Surveyor's office 1895 Woodman's Landing to Port Discovery Bay Woodman's Landing to Port Discovery Bay Woodman - Fairmount Road Port Townsend, Wash.
