STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On July 18,2024, Cadence Sagan (Grey Cadence Schad), Consumer of Public Health and member of the
Jefferson County Board of Health, submitted her letter of resignation from the Jefferson County Board of
I Iealth and Behavioral Health Advisory Committee, effective immediately.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the Jefferson County Board of Health and Behavioral Health Advisory Committee resignation from,
Cadence Sagan (Grey Cadence Schad), and sign the Thank you Letter for her service.

Hello,
I am writing to formally resign from the Board of Health. I have moved to Seattle as part of my divorce, and have found
employment that prevents me from attending future meetings. I will work with Apple to finalize the new onboarding
materials outside of meeting times (I don't work Fridays, so I can still meet with her virtually on those days).
