It is understood and agreed that so much of said Logging or skid Road vrhich now runs through, over or upon my said lands( lots three, four and West nip teen acres of Lot tyro) as is not embraced within or is notupon the right of vray hereby granted to Jefferson County, ;,hall, in consideration of this concession of right of way, by proper order and determination of the County Co~tinissioners of Jefferson County Re discontinued, and the public be barred from use thereof. Description:- The two bridges contemplated in these SPECIFICATIONS consist of timber structures 90 Peet in length. Are located a few hundred feet from hudlow Bay, and South from the town of Ludlow, C6NDITIONS:- The Gontractor shall furnish. cedar posts a.s required, same to have not less than 1S inch butts, and not less than l2 inch tops. and shall set the same as show~a on the plans, which are .hereby: made a. part of these Specifications. All sawed lumber shall be obtained at Port .Ludlow ~a..nd transported a,nd put in .place by the Contractor; same to be paid for by Jefferson County, so that the price of the sacred Lumber shall not be included iri the. contractors price for completing these bridges.
