NOTICE OF RETREAT and
CANCELLATION OF HEALTH BOARD MEETING
The Jefferson County Board of Health has canceled their regular monthly meeting scheduled for
Thursday, June 18, 1998, at 2:30 p.m., at the Health and Human Services Department. The
Board will be attending a retreat on that day from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the home of Health
Board member Roberta Frissell, 931 N. Jacob Miller Road, Port Townsend, W A 98368.
Next month the regular schedule for this meeting will be resumed, which is the third Thursday of
each month (July 16, 1998) from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Health and Human Services
Department.

SCOTT WILSON, being sworn, says he is the publisher of the Port
Townsend Jefferson County Leader, a weekly newspaper which has
been established. published in the English language and circulated
continuously as a weekly newspaper in the town of Port Townsend
in said County and State, and for general circulation in said county
for more than six (6) months prior to the date of the first publication
of the Notice hereto attached and that the said Port Townsend
Jefferson County Leader was on the 27th day of June 1941 approved
as a legal newspaper by the Superior Court of said Jefferson County
and that annexed is a true copy of the
NOTICE OF RETREAT & CANCELLATION
OF HEALTH BOARD MEETING
as it appeared in the regular and entire issue of said paper itself not
in a supplement thereof for a period Of~consecutive weeks.

and that said newspaper was regularly distributed to itssubscribers
during all of this period. Thatthe full amountof $ 25.50
has been paid in full, at the rate of $9.00 ($8.50 for legal notices
