CANCELLATION OF HEALTH BOARD MEETING AND
CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING
The Jefferson County Board of Health has cancelled their
monthly meeting scheduled for December 24, 1996. They will hold a
special meeting on Monday, December 23, 1996 at 9:00 a.m. in the
Commissioners Chambers to clarify the decision on the appeal of Janet
stimach.
Next month the regular schedule. for this meeting will be
resumed, which is the fourth Tuesd.ay of eactt\month (January 28, 1997)
at 1:30 p.m. in the County Commissioners' Cha bers.

SCOTT WILSON, being sworn, says he is the publisher of the Port
Townsend Jefferson County Leader, a weekly newspaper which has
been established, published in the English language and circulated
continuously as a weekly newspaper in the town of Port Townsend in
said County and State. and for general circulation in said county for
more than six (6) months prior to the date of the first publication of the
Notice hereto attached and that the said Port Townsend Jefferson
County Leader was on the 27th day of June 1941 approved as a legal
newspaper by the Superior Court of said Jefferson County and that
annexed is a true copy of the
Notice of Cancellation of Health
Board Meeting and Call for Special
Meeting
as it appeared in the regular and entire issue of said paper itself not in
a supplement thereof for a period of --L consecutive weeks,
beginningonthe 18 day of December .19~.

and that said newspaper was regular1y distributed to its subscribers
during ell of this period. That the full amount of $ 73. 80
