Gentlemen: ADDRH88 ALL COMMUNICATIONS TO TNH BTATH NIONWAY COMMIeHIONHR I have before me your resolution providing for the improvement , under the provisions of Chapter 35 of the Zaws of 1911, of that section of Public HighvTay, situated in the County of Jefferson, and described as follows: Starting at the town of Port Zudlow, a trade center and continuing along Permanent Highway No. 1, to a point near the end of the highway and continuing thence westerly to the Chimacum-~uilcene Road. In vietiv of the fact that a large part of the tam-payers of Jefferson County are protesting against this improvement, I shall hold up the pre~imixa.ary reso- lution. I feel that in justice to all concerned we should have a hearing of both sides interested. This hearing can be held here any time after Saturday, T~~ay 20th.
