To the Honorable Board of County Com:is~ioners, Jefferson County, Washington, Gentlemen; ' As a resident and property owner in Western Jefferson County, my Homestead beir_g located in Sec. 29, Twp. 27 N., R. 10 W., I respectfully cetition your Honorable Board to open a trail from the post office and school house at Spruce along the South side of the Hoh River for a distance of about 14 miles -to the Homestead of Pete Brandeberry. There are at the present time five children at Brande- berry's who areatt~nding school, and the trail they are now using, which xuns along the river, is impassable a great deal of the time during the winter. ' I ~rould suggest that fir.
