HEALTH OFFICER REPORT: Nothing special to report for January.
ADMINISTRATOR REPORT: The actual revenue figures are not
as high as budgeted because the money expected from the schools and
the City has not come in yet, but the expenditures are on target.
One problem that was not anticipated was the actual estimated cost
for the change over of the telephone system. $1,500 was budgeted for
this and the last estimate given for a system that would fit the needs
of the department was $6,200.
Gael Stuart recommended keeping the present system until further
information can be obtained and/or a different plan for the change
over can be devised.
The next regular meeting of the Health Board will be March 21, 1984.
