Douglas Archie Barber, Jr. James A; DeLeo Chairman Vice-Chairman Member Alternate MINUTES July 26, 1984 The meeting was called to order by Chail11\3.n Dalgleish with all present at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of a hearing. Mr. M3.rk McCready represented the Assessors Office. B~ 84-12-R, WlRVEY C. FLEMING, 021321049. Mr. and Mrs. FlEming appeared before the Board am ..ere clt.ily SI\Om in. They feel their irrprovarents are valued too high in relation to others in the area, and produced three carparables. Mr. FlEming feels he is overvalued approximately $13,00J. Mr. Mc- Cready agreed that his carparables are fine am that thei r buildings needed to be refigured. The Board will take this under consideration and make a site inspection. Subsequent to site inspection, and inspection of the bluff erosion approximately 30' frall the house, The Board requested the Clerk prepare a note to W. Hurley advising that he continue to monitor the erosion and if necessary file an appeal again next year. It \'iaS moved, seconded, and agreed to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $104,170.
