July 26, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chail11\3.n Dalgleish with all present at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose
of a hearing. Mr. M3.rk McCready represented the Assessors Office.
B~ 84-12-R, WlRVEY C. FLEMING, 021321049. Mr. and Mrs. FlEming appeared before the Board am ..ere
clt.ily SI\Om in. They feel their irrprovarents are valued too high in relation to others in the area,
and produced three carparables. Mr. FlEming feels he is overvalued approximately $13,00J. Mr. Mc-
Cready agreed that his carparables are fine am that thei r buildings needed to be refigured. The
Board will take this under consideration and make a site inspection.

scheduled, W. DeJong did not slloti up to let the Board view the property. It was moved, seconded,
. and approved to keep the land valuation at $2O,OOJ. and reduce the muse frall $62,155. to $54,155.
BE 84-2-R, G.~ HURLEY, 937800123. Site inspectioo 7-13-84. Subsequent to site inspection,
and inspection of the bluff erosion approximately 30' frall the house, The Board requested the Clerk
prepare a note to W. Hurley advising that he continue to monitor the erosion and if necessary file
an appeal again next year. It \'iaS moved, seconded, and agreed to sustain the Assessor's valuation
of $104,170.
BE 84-~R, PATRICIA A. MEES, 937800114. Site inspection July 13, 1984. SUbsequent to site inspection,
it was moved, seconded, and agreed to reduce the irrprovarents to the Sep1:ErT"rer 1983 purchase price--
reduce frall $58,500. to $55,OOJ.A'ld since the erosion was not deared ~ignificant at this tirre, to
leave the land value as \'/as assessed $32,500.

was moved, seconded, am agreed to reduce the land to it's purchase price of $67,650.

was noticed ruring site inspection. It was moved, secooded, and agreed to reduce the value of these
lots frall $4,00J. to $2,500.
Having no further business for the day, the meeting adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
