The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dalgleish with all members present
for the purpose of reviewing the manifest errors and taxes uncollectable on
the 1984 and prior years tax rolls as mandated by RCW 84.56.390 and 400. Ila
Mickelson, Chief Deputy in the Treasurers Office and Assessor Jack Westerman
were also present.
Ms. Mickelson explained that there were more additions than reductions this
year due partly because Crown Zellerbach sold a large portion of their property
,in this area.
Mr. Westerman explained that many of the changes were computer errors, senior
citizens reductions, perc denials, and changes in open space classifications.
It was moved, seconded, and agreed that the manifest be accepted as presented.
A copy is on file.
Having no further business, the meeting adjourned.
