Whiteman met with Assessor Jack 1.lesterman to discuss 11r. Nichols complaint
on the Cederholm Villa property and Mr. Westermans' objection to a 50% re-
duction on the property values in this area.
11r. Westerman reported that he was advised that since the Board had considered
this matter through a regular BOE appeal he could have protested the decision
at that time. However, now he has to abide the directive issued September 14, 1983
to reduce these lots by 50%.
