Th~ November Board was called to order by Chairman Dalgleish with all members
present in accordance with Provision R.C.W. 84.52.090 to correct manifiest
errors on the 1984 Tax Roll s. Assessor Jack Westerman, and Chief Deputy Anne
Enfield represented the Assessor's Office.
Jack Westerman began by explaining the locations of the different tax'districts
and where his office was in the valuation cycle by area. Then Mr. Westerman
and ,Ms. Enfield went over the errors in the following areas: Personal PropertYn
Business and Farms, and Mobile Homes. Real Property--Acreage and Platted. Public
Utilities--Personal and Real Property. July Preliminary Print-Out. Senior
Citizens, New Construction, Board of Equal i2ation, Personal Property, Real
~roperty, Public Utilities--Personal and Real, and Current Expense.

The Board reviewed and discusses the manifest errors, then it was moved, seconded,
and agreed to accept the November manifiest errors as presented.
Having no further business, the Board adjourned.
