The meeting was called to order at 10:30 a.m. by Chairman Dalgleish. Vice-
Chairman Douglas was absent.
The Board deliberated and made a decision on the following case:
BE 84-75-R, BRIAN BAUMBERGER, 997700073. Site inspection 10-4-84. FoHowing
site inspection the Board decided the following: Reduce the house to fair
grade construction, less 15% depreciation and 10% incompletion, reducing it's
value to $51,900. Add $7,500. for the new metal barn, $5,120. for the garage,
and $500. for the old barn. The new total evaluation for the improvements
only was agreed to be $65,000.
The Board reviewed and accepted the minutes for September 19, September 26,
and October 3, 1984.
Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
